Painting Process
Florida homes are exposed to more rain and sun than any other state. They require a special painting process to keep them looking good. The first step is to pressure clean your house. We spray on a chlorine solution that will kill the mold and mildew, (and will not hurt your plants and bushes), then we give it a high-pressure rinse. Next, we patch any cracks in the walls, and caulk all your windows. Next, we paint one coat of primer-sealer, (the primer sticks like glue and seals the surface).
Next, we paint a coat of Acrylic paint (Acrylic paints are like a rubber glove and can stretch when it gets hot, so the paint does not crack) finish with a semigloss finish on your doors. (you can expect a paint job to last ten years). We use the best paints and sealers available today.
